Philosophy of Project Oz

Project Oz believes that all youth desire to have meaningful, fulfilled lives. Further, we believe that preventing problems and intervening in disruptive behaviors are effective and necessary in promoting health and well-being for youth and for society as a whole.

We are firmly committed to serving youth.  Project Oz believes in using a personal, respectful approach to human service, stressing our focus on our clients through our manner, our speech, our policies, and our practices.

Finally, we believe people are best served through the combined efforts of human service agencies, educational institutions, government offices, and professional organizations, all working toward a common goal of respecting and supporting the dignity, health, and self-worth of all individuals.
